The Grimm Audio  LS1 is the most technologically advanced loudspeaker system ever!A good monitor combines a high degree of accuracy with untrammeled musicality. There aren't many of those around - common wisdom has it that you can have one or the other but never both. The LS1 is the first monitor to prove conventional wisdom wrong.By integrating top quality digital signal processing, converters and amplifiers in one of the speakers' legs, Grimm Audio was able to apply technical strategies no one had used before. As a consequence, the LS1 is not just a loudspeaker, but a complete audio system that only needs an analog or digital line source to perform.“This speaker is explicitly for those who want the most neutral and transparent sound reproduction, no corners were cut.”True accuracy is about getting all the bits in the right place: not losing anything, not adding anything either. The LS1 offers this accuracy, reproducing a truly musical recording accurately, with all beauty intact. At the same time, the LS1 will also reproduce any imperfection, giving you all the information you need to get it right. These qualities make the LS1 an ideal monitor for both mastering and mixing.Don't let the stylish industrial design and finish fool you: the shape of this loudspeaker is the outcome of thorough psychoacoustical and acoustical research. Its small sealed box (14 litres) is much wider than it is deep, is designed to provide an effective baffle down to around 250 Hz.That way, the LS1 achieves a reasonable constant directivity in 2π space above 250 Hz (with a natural and progressive “narrowing” of its high frequency off-axis response) minimizing many of the listening room’s detrimental effects (Psychoacoustics tells us that below about 300 Hz the ear will no longer clearly discern direct sound, first reflections or reverberant sound), while below 250 Hz the speaker gradually transitions to omnidirectional.“The wide baffle halves the volume into which the sound is radiated, thereby halving room problems as well. The cylindrical sides eliminate the classical "big box" colouration that is caused by edge diffractions.”The LS1 is suspended between two half cylinders that combat diffraction and function as an integral two-legged floor stand. An 8" magnesium woofer and a 1" dome tweeter divide the work between them. Smart use of DSP linearizes the frequency response and allows for a controlled bass response down to 35 Hz.Housed in one of the two legs are a 48/76-bit DSP, digital I/O, AD/DA converters, the same clock circuit as Grimm’s own CC1 master clock and the drive electronics, encompassing two 180W Class D power amplifiers of the groundbreaking Hypex NCore type. The concept of the LS1 draws maximum benefit from intelligent application of DSP technology. An IIR crossover imposes exact LR4 acoustic slopes crossing at 1550 Hz, and the phase is subsequently corrected using an idealised inverted all-pass filter, resulting in a maximally linear phase response without any pre-echo’s. This removes the “digital loudspeaker sound signature” typical of the more ubiquitous impulse inverted FIR designs.“The waveguide tweeter, the perfectly pistonic woofer (both by the world famous Seas company) and the very low crossover frequency insure that the sound is radiated in an unusually wide and even manner.Grimm LS1’s carefully controlled acoustics form the basis for the active DSP based filter which welds the driver responses together into the most even-handed frequency response and the fastest impulse response you'll ever hear.”The LS1 is also a very practical loudspeaker. Its digital input allows them to be connected without further ado to network players like Squeezebox or Sonos, or to a Mac or PC using the included USB converter. The pictures on the right hand show a few options.Despite their compact size, these floor standing speakers are clearly intended as main monitors in mastering studios and mixing rooms that have space to put free-standing speakers. The DSP controlled analog subwoofer output allows for easy integration with stereo subwoofers, for those that need high SPL performance below 40 Hz.By selecting Grimm’s own LS1s subwoofers, perfect integration with the main system is obtained, effectively turning the LS1 into a threeway system.More info can be found at the LS1 remote and the LS1s subwoofer page. For Measurement Charts (both in-house and third party – German Audio Magazine’s May 2013 issue) and photos of the LS1 please refer to the pictures section of this page.Features:Unidirectional down to 250 HzDSP controlled frequency curveWell-behaved off-axis responseDigital and analog audio inputsFiltered analog subwoofer outputFail safe due to excursion and thermal limiterMidi control of volume and settingsSuper low distortion NCore class D power ampsAudiophile quality Seas driversRemote control optionDifferent color scheme options Specifications:·         Frequency response: 55Hz-30kHz +/-0.5dB. 45Hz-40kHz -3dB(Low corner is user-settable between 35 Hz and 100 Hz, Q=0.7 or 0.5)With the addition of the LS1s Subwoofers, the LS1 can perform almost down to the infrasonic range·         Deviation from minimum phase +/-2°·         Amplifier power: 2x180W·         Max SPL: 109dB/1m·         SNR: 114dB (unweighted)·         Crossover function: 1.55 kHz LR4, sum corrected to minimum phase.·         Latency: 2ms·         Internal volume: 14 litres·         Height: 1150mm, 1450mm - available on demand.·         Width, depth: 520mm X 160mmFurther Resources:·         Download the LS1 PC remote software

As a 3-way active monitor, the Barefoot MicroMain45 utilizes the same amplifier, signal path and driver technology of the MiniMain12. Downsizing the hefty 130+ lbs size of the original to a tight 35+ lbs package, the MicroMain45 features an 8” aluminum woofer, two x 2.5” aluminum midranges and a 1” tweeter. With a bass response of -3dB @ 40Hz, frequency response of 40Hz – 45 kHz (±3dB) and 53Hz – 40kHz (±1dB), this is the sound that Barefoot enthusiasts have come to know and love.Founded on the idea of creating a new type of audio monitor, Barefoot Sound was started by Thomas Barefoot to meet the growing needs of small to mid-sized project studios. By offering well-designed monitors that could take the space of several sets of speakers, audio enthusiasts are able to have more room for other types of gear, while still having an impeccable monitoring system. The Barefoot Sound MM45 monitors follow in this lineage of incredible speakers like the MicroMain27 and MicroMain35.MEME™ Technology: Despite the advantages of high resolution monitors, Thomas Barefoot realizes that many engineers still use their NS10M’s † and mix cubes as secondary references. These speakers have long traditions and people find them familiar and useful for focusing in on certain aspects of their mix. However, crowding one’s console with those extra boxes degrades the sound field of the primary reference monitors. Not to mention, they are no longer manufactured, they need amplifiers, cable runs, and they consume more studio space. The solution is to make the MM45 sound and translate like those speakers. With the turn of a knob one can switch from the MicroMain45′s brutally revealing “Flat” response to the warmer and sweeter “Hi-Fi” setting, generically emulating the sound of some high end consumer audio gear. More specifically the “Old School” setting closely emulates the sound of the NS10M nearfield, while the “Cube” setting emulates the mid-centric sound of classic mix cubes The idea is not to perfectly replicate every subtle quirk of these venerable old speakers. That would be impossible. But the MM45 can capture the essence of how they behave and translate, modeling their frequency, phase and transient responses, dynamic compression and even specific distortion components. If you know how to work on these speakers you will feel very comfortable working on the new MM45′s emulation settings.Specifications:Controls:: Input level stepped attenuator, Equalization contourInput Impedance:: 50k OhmFrequency Response:: 40Hz – 45kHz (±3dB),53Hz – 40kHz (±1dB)Bass Response:: -3 dB @ 35Hz, Q = 0.707Slope = 12 dB/octaveCabinet:: 14 liters total internal volume, Sealed woofer and midrange enclosures, Machined aluminum baffle plate, Long fiber wool acoustic damping throughoutCrossover Frequencies:: 600 / 3600 HzTweeter:: 1″ ring radiator, Advanced geometry motor, Rear waveguide chamberAmplifier: 180W HypexMidranges:: 2 x 2.5″ aluminum cones, Advanced geometry motor, +/- 2 mm linear excursionAmplifier: 180W HypexSubwoofers:: 8″ aluminum cone with high linearity motor, +/- 13 mm linear excursionAmplifier: 250W HypexAC Power Input:: Nominal 115 VAC or 230 VAC selectablePower Consumption:: Idle: 18W, Maximum: 400WWeight:: Speaker: 37.5 lbs each (17 kg)Shipping: 47 lbs each (21 kg)Dimensions HxWxD:: Cabinet: 11.0 x 15.5 x 10.75 inches (279 x 394 x 273 mm)Overall: 11.0 x 15.5 x 11.0 inches (279 x 394 x 279 mm)

Barefoot Sound is proud to introduce the revolutionary new MiniMain12, possibly the most accurate, revealing and technologically advanced recording monitor ever made. This is a bold statement, but the MiniMain12 is an incredibly bold speaker. With vanishing low distortion, breathtakingly wide dynamic range, ultra-fast transient response plus our amazing MEME™(Multi Emphasis Monitor Emulation™) technology. The MiniMain12 is a 4-way active system with 7 drive units housed in sealed enclosures spanning 20Hz to 40kHz with vanishingly low distortion, breathtaking dynamic range and ultra-fast transient response.Every driver has an under-hung voice coil moving inside an advanced geometry motor that enables it make extremely long linear excursions. The ring radiator tweeter is incredibly detailed and produces very wide dispersion out to its highest frequencies. The aluminum cone subwoofers, woofers and midranges radiate as perfect pistons to at least 2.5 octaves beyond their respective bandwidths.Barefoot has teamed up with the brilliant Bruno Putzeys of Hypex to develop the powerful and completely transparent amplifier stage of the MM12. Melding the system together is a groundbreaking DSP crossover that has taken Thomas Barefoot more than 4 years to develop. With beautifully designed high end converts and cutting edge proprietary filtering techniques the MiniMain12 produces such a seamless and coherent wavefront that, if you dare, you can actually listen to this speaker from less than 3 feet away with no sonic compromise. And yes, the MM12 works perfectly out to far field distances as well, producing SPLs equivalent to big mains. If all this weren’t enough, the MiniMain12 brings yet another revolutionary feature into the mix – MEME™(Multi Emphasis Monitor Emulation™) technology. While no other monitor in the world can match the MM12’s linearity and transparency, the MM12 actually has the capability to emulate other speakers! Despite the advantages of high resolution monitors, Thomas Barefoot realizes that many engineers still use their NS10M’s † and mix cubes as secondary references. The MiniMain12 is a 4-way active system with 7 Over a decade ago, Thomas Barefoot applied his expertise and experience as an engineer, scientist and inventor in the computer industry to his lifelong passion for music. Approaching the pro audio industry with a fresh pair of eyes, he concluded that every project would benefit from using monitors with the same sound quality, dynamic range and bass extension at each stage of the production process. The innovative reference monitor designs that Thomas subsequently developed not only deliver the same performance and quality from recording through mastering, they also turned the studio monitor speaker business on its head, outperforming many well-established high-end products. The MasterStack12 represents the pinnacle of Thomas’ achievements in monitor speaker design to-date. Barefoot’s flagship reference monitor system is a 4.5-way active modular tower with 10 drive units — a 1-in. ring radiator tweeter, two 2.5-in. mid-range, three 7-in. woofers and four 12-in. subwoofers — housed in two cabinets. A third enclosure houses signal and power distribution and may be optionally used as a decoupling base unit for each tower. What is a 4.5-way system? In a typical 4-way system, subwoofers, woofers, mid-range drivers and tweeters all operate within discrete frequency bands, transitioning from one to the next at the frequencies set in the crossover networks. In the MasterStack12 system, all three woofers work together in the lower frequencies of the band, down to the frequency at which the subwoofers take over. But only two woofers extend up to the mid-range band crossover point. Having three woofers working together in the lower portion of the band offers lower distortion through greater efficiency. At higher frequencies, where the signal becomes increasingly more directional, there is a smooth transition to the wider dispersion pattern created by just two woofers.Four speakers in oneLike all Barefoot monitors, the MasterStack12 features revolutionary MEME™ (Multi-Emphasis Monitor Emulation™) technology, which harnesses sophisticated DSP modeling to mimic the frequency, phase, transient response, dynamic compression and distortion characteristics of various classic nearfield studio monitors. Many people still like to reference their work on old, familiar monitors to check how their mixes will translate or to focus on a specific aspect. But with Barefoot monitors you can put those other reference speakers into storage and free up some space on the console, because one set of MasterStack12 monitors can take the place of three alternate pairs.Using a wired remote you can switch your Barefoot monitors through four different voices and preview your mix as it would sound through three alternate reference speakers, all without moving from the optimum stereo listening position. “Old School” rolls off the extreme highs and lows and brings the mid-range presence forward, capturing the essence of the NS10M. “Cube” is an homage to the classic full-range micro-monitor and is a useful reference setting for any mix that you expect to be played on earbuds through a laptop or handheld device. “HiFi” behaves like a home audiophile speaker, warming up the mid-range and sweetening the highs, for client playback or just listening in the control room. “Flat” selects the true, revealing Barefoot sound.Specifications:Controls: Analog/AES3 input select, AES3 L/R channels select, Input level stepped attenuator, Subwoofer level, Emulation voice selectInput Impedance: 25k OhmFrequency Response: 18Hz – 50kHz (±3dB)26Hz – 40kHz (±1dB)Bass Response: -3 dB @ 18Hz, Q = 0.707Slope = 12 dB/octaveCabinet: 180 liters total internal volume, Sealed sub enclosures, Sealed woofer enclosures, Sealed woofer enclosure, Machined aluminum baffle plate, Aluminum subwoofer frames function as lateral cabinet bracing, Long fiber wool acoustic damping throughout.Crossover Frequencies: 80 / 200 / 800 / 4000 HzTweeter: 1″ ring radiator, Advanced geometry motor, Rear waveguide chamberAmplifier: 250W HypexMidranges: 2 x 2.5″ aluminum cones, Advanced geometry motor, +/- 2 mm linear excursionAmplifier: 250W HypexWoofers: 3 x 7″ aluminum cones, Advanced geometry motor, +/- 13 mm linear excursionAmplifier: 500W HypexSubwoofers: 4 x 12″ aluminum cones, Advanced geometry motor, +/- 25 mm linear excursionAmplifier: 2400W HypexAC Power Input: Nominal 115 VAC or 230 VAC selectablePower Consumption: Idle: 100W, Maximum: 1800WWeight: Weight: 280 lbs per tower (127 kg) – no handlesShipping: 325 lbs per tower (147 kg) – no handlesDimensions HxWxD: Cabinet: 63.0 x 14.4 x 21.9 inches (1600 x 366 x 556 mm)Footprint WxD: 23.0 x 21.5 (584 x 546 mm)

Designed in conjunction with the expertise of mixer Chris Lord Alge, the CLA10 studio monitors are the faithful modern reproduction of the most iconic studio monitor of the last 30 years. Mix with the studio monitors that truly define "the sound of hits".CabinetA tremendous amount of attention has been put into ensuring that performance matches that of the original speakers. CLA10 is made from MDF with a real wood veneer. We changed the rear terminal plate to use a better grade of connector. The crossover network uses the same value capacitors – just a better grade of material and rating. The inductors exactly match the original in dc resistance, winding dimensions and valueDriversThe AV10-MHF tweeter dome went through a difficult engineering process to get the exact phenolic resin doping to match the original performance curve. We do this in-house to ensure and exact match with every lot. The AV10-MLF woofer uses custom tooled mechanical parts that recreate the original. The AV10-MLF woofer cone is made to match the original. One of the original vendors is our supplier and we worked closely with them to get the same stiffness and weight. The main difference is we chose to go with a pressed cone as opposed to a lapped. This allows tighter control over stiffness and weight. All of our testing revealed no tonal difference or response between ours and the original. This has the added benefit of being the first time matched pairs are truly availableSpecifications System Type: Passive - full-range two-way stereo pairFrequency Response: 60Hz-20,000Hz (Accessible musical range)Power Capacity: Program – 60W, Maximum – 120WSensitivity: 90dB SPL (1W, 1m on axis)Components:Low Frequency: AV10-MLF 18cm coneHigh Frequency: AV10-MHF 3.5cm soft domeCabinet: 10.4 liter sealed design, 18mm MDF with real wood veneerCabinet Dimensions: 381.5mm x 215mm x197.5mm ( 15”x 8 ½”x 7- ¾ ” )Cabinet Weight: 6.3kg / 13.9 Lbs (each)Warranty: 5 Year Limited Warranty to original purchaser

The SC307 is the second model in our three-way system monitor range. This powerful monitor is perfectly suited for both near- and midfield monitoring. And, in surround set ups, the SC307 will work excellently as a center channel too.The SC307 combines the power from three different amplifiers to deliver a very efficient, dynamic and low noise sound reproduction. Our three-way systems are developed for critical and detailed listening. Although they will be able to provide lots of power and thunderous bass frequencies, they will also excel if you're looking for a precise and very detailed pair of speakers. Our three-way systems are designed around the concept to distribute the frequencies properly between all individual components and raise the efficiency of your speakers effectively. In our three-way systems, each driver (woofers or tweeter) gets its own amplifier. One of the woofers serves frequencies up to 300 Hz as a kind of "bass" whilst the other woofer gives you a fuller range as a bass-midrange driver, up to the 3000 Hz crossover frequency. From that frequency on, our AMT tweeter takes over. This minimizes interference between the drivers and also allows the SC307 to deliver a very efficient and dynamic sound reproduction. What this design philosophy means is that less effective physical work is being made by each individual woofer, as the band of frequencies to be reproduced are divided between both woofers. This in turn will result in less mechanical inertia and a more efficient sound transmission. Both woofers consist of our proprietary 6.5" SilverCone, the same which is used in our two-way system, the SC207. However, due to the fact that two of these woofers are being used simultaneously, you get a bigger frequency response down to 40 Hz.The SC307 also makes use of the proprietary AMT RS2 tweeter, which uses a bigger front plate, and a bigger internal magnet to drive the AMT tweeter with greater efficiency. The three 100 W PWM power amplifiers won't leave you lacking any power either, as the maximum sound pressure level of 114 dB (SPL  1m) will attest. And no worries determining how to place the SC307 in your room or studio properly. Our DSP section will assist you in choosing the speaker for left and right hand side. So you will always get proper symmetry between your speakers, instead of having to move them around as usually. With a DIP switch located, on the rear of speakers these settings for room adaption can be temporarly locked. As with every other EVE Audio speaker, you get both balanced XLR inputs and unbalanced RCA inputs for greater convenience. With every EVE Audio speaker, you also get high resolution DSP electronics. One push knob operation and you will have access to accurate volume control and several different filter settings that will help you tailor your monitors to the way you work. And if you always avoid digital processing, we've got you covered. The DSP engine is supported with a high quality A/D converter (24bit/192kHz) from Burr-Brown, which delivers a pristine signal to the DSP section. And since the PWM amplifiers are directly connected to the DSP, no additional conversion is necessary. It's all in the geometry. One of the downside effects of port compression is bass distortion. As you turn up the volume, the efficiency of the port reduces and distortion will increase. We opted for a large rear rectangular port with no hard edges for our bass port designs. That's one of the reasons EVE monitors have a high efficiency on the lower frequencies.

The SC305 is the first model of our three-way system monitors, which was carefully designed to be equally comfortable and precise in a stereo or surround set up. In the latter case, the SC305 will work perfectly as a center channel, if we're talking about a smaller system. The SC305 combines the power from three different amplifiers to deliver a very efficient, dynamic and low noise sound reproduction. Our three-way systems are developed for critical and detailed listening, not just to deliver power and thunderous bass (although they can do it very well too). With its moderate size and superb technical characteristics, the SC305 model has virtually no competition on the market today. Don't miss the chance and check them out for yourself! Our three-way systems are designed around the concept to distribute the frequencies properly between all individual components and raise the efficiency of your speakers effectively. With the SC305 one of the woofers is delivering sound only up to 350 Hz, functioning as a kind of "bass woofer". The other woofer gives you a fuller range up to the 3000 Hz crossover frequency as a bass-midrange driver. This means less effective physical work being made by each individual woofer, which in turn will result in less mechanical inertia and a more efficient sound transmission. Both woofers consist of our proprietary 5" SilverCone, the same that is used in the smaller SC205 model. However, due to the fact that two of these woofers are being used simultaneously, you get a bigger frequency response - down to 50 Hz.The SC305 also makes use of the proprietary AMT RS3 tweeter, which uses a bigger front plate and a bigger internal magnet to drive the AMT tweeter with greater efficiency. The three 50 W PWM power amplifiers won't leave you lacking any power either. All in all, the SC305 will probably be regarded as the single most detailed three-way monitor speaker in the market for its specific size and price range. And no worries determining how to place the SC305 in your room or studio properly. Our DSP section will assist you in choosing the speaker for left and right hand side. So you will always get proper symmetry between your speakers, instead of having to move them around as usual. With a DIP switch, located on rear of the speakers these settings for room adaption can be temporarly locked. The Avantone ACTIVE MIXCUBE, Pair, Black Powered Full-Range Mini Reference Monitors. Active recording / mixdown monitors for the new millennium. The Avantone ACTIVE MIXCUBE is designed to be high resolution, full-range powered mini-reference monitors for fixed or remote locations. The secondary engineering facet was to create a timeless design that compliments a single full range transducer. Studios primarily use 2-way and 3-way large monitors designed to represent a wide range reference viewpoint at higher listening levels. However, in the newly developing age of High Definition Audio, there is still a need to hear what your mix will sound like when played back over small “bass-challenged” systems such as televisions, clock radios, computers, car stereos, ipod docking stations, etc. It is important to make mixing judgments based partially on listening to reference monitors that will not impart tonal anomalies caused by crossovers or inferior full range drivers.Particular attention is always paid to the critical mid-range vocal/guitar/keyboard areas. This is where having a full-range monitor without a crossover is truly revealing.More than twelve months of R&D, comparative listening and tweaking went into the voicing of the AVANTONE Active MixCubes. The result is a very smooth sounding, full range upgrade from those old familiar 5C Sound Cubes engineers were so fond of in the 1980’s-1990’s. Listening tests reveal that the MixCubes have a smoother midrange, more accurate, transparent top end response with extended bass while maintaining the basic characteristics of those original little cubes Cabinet Design. The AVANTONE Active MixCubes are constructed of non-layered, high rigidity MDF board due to its natural low-resonance characteristics. All cabinet edges are radiused with an elegant polyurethane high gloss “Butter-Cream” finish. 7mm thick neoprene pad embedded into the base of the cabinet serves as a skid-resistant acoustic isolator. For creative mounting situations, there is a useful, industry standard 5/8 inch -27 mic stand mount in the base. The paper cone, (chosen for its musical character) was custom designed utilizing the latest in FEA modeling and “old-school” speaker design artistry. The finest New Zealand pulp material is blended with mica fibers for rigidity and longevity. The cloth surround material is made in Japan and has unique damping characteristics, enabling a predictable compliance over the lifespan of the driver. The motor structure is made of certified 1008 low carbon steel by Sumitomo. The magnets are Y- 40 GRADE (MIL-SPEC) yielding a 43oz. High-power/low-distortion motor structure. Avantone's proprietary 5.25 inch die-cast aluminum frame supports the driver/cone minimizing mechanical transfers. The outer mounting face of the aluminum frame is polished for an elegant appearance. The Active MixCubes each contain a separate 35-watt Class A/B amplifier with cooling handled by Convection/Heat Sink-Aluminum Fins. The main features of the Avantone ACTIVE MIXCUBE include:Black finishPowered Full-Range Mini Reference Monitors for the new millenniumSYSTEM TYPE: Active (Self-Powered) shielded full-range stereoFREQUENCY RESPONSE: 90Hz-17,000Hz (Accessible musical range)SPL/SENSITIVITY: 94db @1w/1 meterPOWER: 35 watts RMS Class A/BCOOLING: Convection / Heat Sink-Aluminum FinsDRIVER: 8 ohm 5.25” Cast Aluminum Frame / Paper ConeCABINET: Sealed design /18mm MDF/ with Dacron Acoustical stuffingINPUTS: XLR & TRS +4/Balanced & RCA/-10 UnbalancedCABINET DIMENSIONS: 165mm X 165mm X 206mm ( 6.5 x 6.5 x 8.125 inches) cabinet depth // 165mm X 165mm X 241mm ( 6.5 x 6.5 x 9.5 inches) overall depthCABINET WEIGHT: 4kg / 8.8 Lbs (each)

3" Master/Slave system. When a small footprint – but a big sound! – is what you're looking for, the SC203 becomes one of those few examples where small also means powerful. It took a very diligent work by our team of EVE Audio engineers, along with the best high quality components, to guarantee the best performance and high resolution from such a small profile set of speakers. The SC203 is the perfect solution for professional desktops with a limited amount of physical space, and also for discerning home and gaming users. To further extend its flexibility, each speaker is provided with the FlexiPad, a v-notch shaped orange rubberized pad that allows you to decouple the speaker from its base and angle it precisely at 0°, 7,5° or 15°.Accessories include our SC203 Mounting Adapter, which enables you to mount your speaker directly on any microphone or speaker stand that features a 3/8" thread. And why not combine it with our threaded wall mount adapter, and place your speaker directly on a wall, where it may be more convenient for your own space? The SC203 Mounting Adapter even makes good use of the included FlexiPad: by placing the FlexiPad between the speaker and the mounting adapter you are further decoupling unwanted resonances, and can even better arrange orientation for upright positioning at 0°.As expected, all necessary mounting screws are included.

Yamaha's 'STUDIO' series monitors have been designed with serious monitoring in mind. Emphasis is on reference-quality reproduction precision that lets you hear sonic details, rather than flattering sound. They carry on in the tradition of the venerable NS10M STUDIO monitor speaker, which was the definitive near-field speaker monitor in an overwhelming majority of professional studios throughout the world for many years from the 80s onward. But technology has evolved dramatically right throughout the audio chain, and speakers must follow suit. The new top-of-the-line MSP7 STUDIO Powered Monitor Speaker is capable of delivering consistent quality and performance that you can rely on in modern production environments that handle any combination of digital and analog sources as well as stereo and surround formats.

2-Way 4" Active Monitor The SC204 are the smallest speakers in our studio monitors line. And they were built with quality in mind. If you are working at home, or in a music or post-production studio, a small pair of monitors should not compromise the quality of your results. It should serve as a second pair of ears. The SC204 may have a small footprint. But don’t let their size deceive you, these monitors sound bigger than many monitors twice their size! The SC204 also have the convenience of threaded screw inserts on the bottom and the back. That way, you can mount your SC204 on a regular microphone or speaker stand, or use the back plate for different wall mounting options available on the market. Tech Talk The SC204 uses a 4" SilverCone woofer with honeycomb structured diaphragm, driven by a sophisticated magnet system with a 1" voice coil responsible for creating a greater linear excursion. This produces a bigger dynamic than one would assume in a monitor of such small proportions. As a result, in addition to the unsurpassed audio transparency of our proprietary AMT tweeter and PWM amplifier combination, this SC204 will surprise you with a very powerful, tight and precise low end. Our AMT tweeter is our own proprietary technology that follows the rule of no off-the-shelf components in order to achieve superior results. The preciseness and detail of the high frequency range of EVE monitors, coupled with the general tightness of the bass and mid-range, make the SC204 a superb speaker that is easily used on the road (due to its reduced size) or as a second pair of speakers for your main setup. DSP With every EVE Audio speaker, you also get high resolution DSP electronics. One push knob operation and you will have access to accurate volume control and several different filter settings that will help you tailor your monitors to the way you work. And if you always avoid digital processing, we've got you covered. The DSP engine is supported with a high quality A/D converter from Burr-Brown, which delivers a pristine signal to the DSP section. And since the PWM amplifiers are directly connected to the DSP, no additional conversion is necessary. Please visit our DSP page to learn more about our DSP philosophy. Bass Port Design It's all in the geometry. The results? High sound pressures with tight and punchy bass frequencies that don't cause port distortion. Crank up the volume, and EVE will deliver a round bass. With no holes to look at every time you glance at your speakers. The price is referred to one unit. Price per unit.

2-Way 5" Active Monitor Second in line in our studio monitors is the SC205. Like the name implies, it's a SilverCone two-way system with a 5" woofer. But don't let your eyes deceive you. The SC205 might seem like a small speaker, but it definitely packs a punch. With an extended bass frequency response and an astounding output level, the SC205 will easily fill your room with exceptional sound. The SC205 also comes with the convenience of threaded screw inserts on the bottom and the back. That way, you can mount your SC205 on a regular microphone or speaker stand, or use the back plate for different wall mounting options available on the market. Tech Talk The SC205 uses our 5" SilverCone woofer for an extended bass response. This very stiff diaphragm is honeycomb structured and glass fibre coated. Like in other models, such as the smaller SC204, the SC205 is driven by a sophisticated magnet system that uses a 1" voice coil responsible for delivering a greater linear excursion. All in all, this produces a bigger dynamic range than you would naturally assume from a speaker of these proportions. The result is an unsurpassed audio transparency that, when coupled with our proprietary AMT tweeter and PWM amplifier, will surprise you with a very powerful and precise low end. Our AMT (Air Motion Transformer) tweeter is our own proprietary technology that follows the rule of not using "off-the-shelf" components when looking for the best possible results. The preciseness and detail in the high frequency, along with the general tightness of the bass and mid-range frequencies, will make the SC205 equally adequate for use on the road or in studio. DSP With every EVE Audio speaker, you also get high resolution DSP electronics. One push knob operation and you will have access to accurate volume control and several different filter settings that will help you tailor your monitors to the way you work. And if you always avoid digital processing, we've got you covered.  2-Way 8" Active MonitorDo you need to hear a tight and full frequency bass in your mixes but don't want to invest in a subwoofer just yet? Then the SC208 is probably for you. It's the last in our two-way system series, starting with the smaller SC204. It features the same ease of use and detailed timbre reproduction of all other two-way monitors. But with a larger woofer and more powerful amplifiers, the SC208 will probably be used as a main speaker in a lot of professional and home-studios. If you're looking for a capable and detailed set of above-average size monitors try the SC208. You will probably be surprised. Tech TalkWith the SC208, you will be able to extend your bass frequency response down to 36 Hz. Our custom-made 8" SilverCone woofer driven by our 1.5" voice coil will guarantee that you will not run out of bass response when it comes to the critical listening and comparison of your mixes. The result is a very tight and dynamic bass, along with the usual greater linear excursion provided in every other EVE Audio model. Our PWM amplifier, with protection-limiting, is able to deliver a short-term output power of 150W for a maximum output level of 112 dB (SPL @ 1m). So you can be sure that there will be plenty of power to make critical and precise judgements over your mixes. The SC208 also uses our proprietary AMT (Air Motion Transformer) RS2. The RS2 stands for Ribbon System 2, meaning it has a bigger front plate and a larger magnet driving the motion with the utmost efficiency. As with every other EVE Audio speaker, you get both balanced XLR inputs and unbalanced RCA inputs for greater convenience. DSPWith every EVE Audio speaker, you also get high resolution DSP electronics. One push knob operation and you will have access to accurate volume control and several different filter settings that will help you tailor your monitors to the way you work. If you always avoid digital processing, we've got you covered. The MicroMain27 Gen2 is a 3.5-way active system with 5 drive units housed in sealed enclosures spanning 30Hz to 45kHz with vanishingly low distortion, breathtaking dynamic range and ultra-fast transient response. The ring radiator tweeter is incredibly detailed and produces very wide dispersion out to its highest frequencies. The new 5.25″ midbass features a phalanx of advanced technology, yielding midrange detail that rivals any driver on the planet. Barefoot has teamed up with the brilliant Bruno Putzeys of Hypex to develop the powerful and completely transparent amplifier stage of the MM27 Gen2. Melding the system together is a groundbreaking new DSP crossover that has taken Thomas Barefoot more than 4 years to develop. With beautifully designed high end converts and cutting edge proprietary filtering techniques the MM27 Gen2 sound stage is seamlessly coherent and deeply revealing. MEME™ Technology: Despite the advantages of high resolution monitors, Thomas Barefoot realizes that many engineers still use their NS10M’s † and mix cubes as secondary references. The solution is to make the MM27 sound and translate like those speakers. With the turn of a knob one can switch from the MicroMain27′s brutally revealing “Flat” response to the warmer and sweeter “Hi-Fi” setting, generically emulating the sound of some high end consumer audio gear. More specifically the “Old School” setting closely emulates the sound of the NS10M nearfield, while the “Cube” setting emulates the mid-centric sound of classic mix cubes The idea is not to perfectly replicate every subtle quirk of these venerable old speakers. That would be impossible. But the MM27 Gen2 can capture the essence of how they behave and translate, modeling their frequency, phase and transient responses, dynamic compression and even specific distortion components. If you know how to work on these speakers you will feel very comfortable working on the new MM27′s emulation settings.  MicroMain27 Gen2 features: 3.5-way active studio monitor with integral subwoofers Four-setting DSP voice emulation Analog and AES3 digital inputs Hypex amplification Tweeter - 1" ring radiator with Advanced neodymium motor Rear waveguide chamber. Barefoot Sound’s new Footprint line of powered near-field monitors delivers the company’s uncompromising audio performance and build quality to engineers, producers, composers and musicians working in smaller spaces and with smaller budgets. The new line launches with the Barefoot Footprint01, an active 3-way speaker that shares the same Thomas Barefoot signature designs — Dual-Force™ technology opposing subwoofers, dual ring radiator tweeter and Multi-Emphasis Monitor Emulation™ technology — as the MicroMain and MasterStack monitor lines. Footprint01 features dual opposing 8-inch paper cone subwoofers, a 4-inch aluminum cone midrange driver and a 1-inch dual ring radiating tweeter, components that all share a lineage with Barefoot’s other products. The 2-way DSP crossover feeds dual Class D amplifier modules that drive the subwoofers with 500 W of power and deliver 150 W to the mid- and high-frequency drivers. There is a passive crossover network between the midrange driver and the tweeter. The midrange woofer is positioned above the tweeter in an unusual speaker geometry that creates the acoustic focus in the center of the cabinet.Thomas Barefoot’s approach to reference monitor speaker design has always been to provide audio professionals with exemplary sound quality, wide dynamic range and bass extension at every stage of the audio production process, from re cording through mixing to mastering. But not every project begins or ends in a high-end studio that offers Barefoot MicroMain or MasterStack monitors. The new Footprint01 model is Barefoot Sound’s response to evolving modern workflows, making the company’s ultra-high performance technologies available to audio professionals working in home-based facilities, smaller writing, editing or post production rooms, or on the road. Now, composers, songwriters, musicians, beat- makers, post production specialists and others can benefit from the Barefoot sound, whatever their work environment.Just like every other Barefoot monitor, Footprint01 allows you to preview your mix as it would sound through three alternate reference speakers through Barefoot’s revolutionary Multi-Emphasis Monitor Emulation™ technology. MEME™ uses sophisticated DSP modeling to mimic the frequency, phase, transient response, dynamic compression and distortion characteristics of a variety of classic near-field studio monitors. Many people still like to reference their work on old, familiar speakers to check how their mixes will translate or to focus on a specific aspect. But in smaller workspaces there may be no room for even a second set of reference speakers. Barefoot’s powerful MEME technology effectively helps overcome that challenge through its four-in-one solution. Specifications: Description: 3-way active monitor with MEME voice emulationControls: Input level stepped attenuator, MEME voice selectAudio Input: Balanced XLR, 50 kOhm ImpedanceSensitivity: 90 dB @ 1 meter with -15 dBV input signal (level control set to 0 dB)Frequency Response: 36 Hz – 45 kHz (±3 dB), 45 Hz – 40 kHz (± 1dB)Bass Response: -3 dB @ 36 Hz, Q = 0.707, Slope = 18 dB/octaveCabinet: 18 liters total internal volume, sealed woofer and midrange enclosures, machined aluminum baffle plate, long fiber wool acoustic damping throughoutCrossover Frequencies: 250 / 3600 Hz (Passive crossover between Midrange and Tweeter)Tweeter: 1″ ring radiator, low distortion motor, rear waveguide chamberMidrange: 4.0″ aluminum cone, aluminum phase plug, low distortion motor, ±3.5 mm linear excursionWoofers: 8″ paper cone, ±9.5 mm linear excursionHigh Frequency Amplifier: 150WLow Frequency Amplifier: 500 WAC Mains Power Input: 85 VAC to 265 VACPower Consumption: Idle: 2 W, Maximum: 765 WWeight: Speaker: 35 lb each (16 kg)Shipping: 44.5 lb each (20.2 kg)Dimensions H x W x D: Cabinet: 14 x 9.5 x 13.0 in (356 x 241 x 330 mm)Overall: 14 x 10.25 x 13.6 in (356 x 260 x 345 mm)
