Return Policy


You have the right to return the products you buy online, free of charge and without having to let us know the reason why you want the products returned, within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. In this case you only incur the cost of returning the products.


Please note that returns are only accepted if:


  • Contact our Customer Service Department at 210-3301031 or submit a relevant request by email at info@athensproaudio.gr.


  • The product has not been used, except for a necessary functionality check, where permitted.


  • Product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.


  • All product accessories such as box, warranty, operating manuals and proof of purchase are returned together, as all of the above are part of the product.


  • If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must be returned with the product.


  • Send us the products by courier: General Postal Courier.



  • For Software and related products in case of activation the return of the product can not be accepted.


  • For health and hygiene reasons, headphones, in-ear headphones, earbuds, earphones, IEMs, ear tips and similar products that come into contact with the ear or body cannot be accepted for return if they have been unsealed, opened or used. Returns are only accepted if the products remain unused and in their original sealed/unopened factory packaging.



Please make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport.


We inform you that ATHENS PRO AUDIO is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return. Also, ATHENS PRO AUDIO does not bear any responsibility for damages and damages of the products after their use and in no case is it obliged to replace them.


In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the products, in the exact same way as their payment. Only the dealership that supplies the products is responsible for the replacement and any form of product repair. For the best service of our customers, our company undertakes any communication or transfer needed with the supplier. Shipping costs are borne by our customers
