Eight preamps, DSP mixing and optical expansion in a half-rack.
MOTU's new OctaLite is a 16-in / 12-out USB audio interface that fits eight ultra-quiet Burr-Brown mic preamps (up to +74 dB of gain) into the same half-rack size as the UltraLite-mk5. ESS Sabre32 converters deliver 125 dB of dynamic range.
It works as a USB interface for Mac, Windows and iOS, as a standalone mixer, or as an optical expander that adds eight mic inputs to another interface. CueMix 5 provides DSP mixing with reverb, EQ and dynamics, plus loopback for streaming.
