Design philosophy
It is based on the legendary M1 by Antony Michaelson and Heinz Lichtenegger: inert metal mass combined with non-resonant acrylic plates. The motor is mechanically isolated from the tonearm and platter thanks to the dual chassis.
9" tonearm
The tonearm follows the M8xTT design, with a shorter tube and 5P DIN output. It features an acrylic bearing ring and tapered aluminium tube, full VTA and azimuth adjustment, and two TPE-damped counterweights.
Motor and platter
The motor sits in special foam in the lower acrylic plinth. Speed change between 33 and 45 rpm is electronic and, as frequency and voltage are generated electronically, speed is independent of mains quality. The 6.6 kg aluminium platter is TPE-damped and runs on an inverted bearing with ceramic ball.
Feet and accessories
Four heavy aluminium feet with magnetic isolation and height adjustment. Supplied with an aluminium record puck, leather mat and phono cable with gold-plated plugs. Dust cover available separately.
Designed for music
The M6xTT combines clear acrylic and polished aluminium in a construction that stands out in any room. Its dual chassis isolates the motor from the platter and tonearm, so the stylus hears only the record groove.
Easy to live with
Electronic 33/45 rpm switching, adjustable magnetic feet and a fully adjustable 9" tonearm make set-up simple and precise. The optional dust cover protects the turntable when not in use.
