40 PPACyrus have been designing and building phono preamplifiers in the UK for a long time now, so when we say that the 40 PPA is our best yet, and one of the best in the market, we say it with confidence! As with all 40 series products, we have completely re-imagined the design of the product and audio flow from beginning to end, carefully shielding the very sensitive signals from any interference.Enjoy your vinyl collection like never before.MC/MM Cartridge CompatibleThe 40 PPA provides complete flexibility with your choice of cartridge. Whether you enjoy the ease of a Moving Magnet cartridge or the detail and ability to match the output of a Moving Coil cartridge, the 40 PPA has got you covered.Connect up to Four TurntablesOne of the key features of the 40 PPA is the ability to connect up to four sources, allowing the listener to easily switch between turntables, arms or cartridges as desired. Each input can be adjusted between Moving Magnet and Moving Coil cartridges, for which specific gain (in 5dB steps), resistance and capacitance can be be set independently.Advanced Circuit DesignThe 40 PPA enjoys a high capacity and very low noise DC power supply that enables the preamplifier to provide an extremely wide dynamic range ensuring extended signal levels long before clipping. Attention to circuit layout and component placement ensures a very low noise floor to further expand musical dynamics.Balanced / Unbalanced OutputsDepending on your system set up, the 40 PPA provides both balanced XLR outputs, or unbalanced RCA outputs.Custom Designed RemoteThe custom designed remote allows for full setup and operation of the 40 PPA as well as other 40 series Cyrus products.

mmf-3.3 TurntableOur first entry-level table utilizing the unique dual-plinth technology!Focus on ComponentsThe 3-speed belt driven table was developed for those seeking a perfectly matched set of features with an uncompromising focus on sound performance. The Complete PackageThe mmf-3.3 comes complete with a tonearm and Ortofon 2M Red cartridge precision mounted. We are pleased to introduce our first entry-level table utilizing the unique dual-plinth technology originated by music hall. The mmf-3.3 embodies the culmination of over 30 years of research, development, and most important of all, listening. The 3-speed belt driven table was developed for those seeking a perfectly matched set of features with an uncompromising focus on sound performance. The 3.3 is constructed using high quality components and comes complete with a tonearm, cartridge mounted, and dust cover.Speed ControlThe 3.3 has a built-in electronic speed control for 33/45/and 78. The platter speed switches from 33 to 45 rpm at the touch of a button. 78 rpm requires the movement of the belt to a different location on the motor pulley, and the use of a different belt, included with the turntable.Carbon Fiber Arm with Bonded Alloy HeadshellThis tonearm is unique to music hall. Bonding the alloy headshell to the carbon arm-tube stiffens and dampens the carbon fiber tube. This construction significantly improves the sound and performance over similar looking one-piece carbon arms. The alloy headshell allows you to securely mount the cartridge to the tonearm without the twist and flex that is common in lesser one-piece carbon arms. Tonearms should not twist/flex as this negatively impacts the cartridge and tonearm’s ability to properly track the record groove. On many one-piece carbon tonearms, you can literally pinch the cartridge end of arm between your thumb and forefinger and twist/flex the arm-tube. Try this with the music hall and the tonearm remains rigid as your fingers begin to ache. The arm itself is housed in a 4-point gimbal bearing construction using Swiss ABEC bearings. This is superior to many of music hall’s competitors who use a lesser 2-point bearing system.Feature List:Music Hall’s unique dual-plinth design – isolating the electronics and motor from the main bearing and tonearm33⅓, 45, or 78rpm speeds at the touch of a buttonElectronic speed controlled DC motor for superior speed stability, isolated on lower plinthCustom carbon fiber tonearm with alloy headshell for superb tracking abilityFlexible internal tonearm wire drawn from high purity copperCounterweight’s center of gravity is level with the stylus tip is decoupled from the arm and acts as a resonance damperHighly regarded Ortofon 2M Red cartridge with replaceable elliptical stylusThe cartridge supplied is properly aligned and mountedHigh precision stainless steel and bronze main bearing assembly for quiet fluid operationSpecial vibration damping adjustable feetHigh quality gold RCA connectors with detachable phono cableFull-size alloy platter and felt matQuick and easy to assembleDust cover and 45rpm adaptor included
