The Marantz sound in 7.2 channels
The Cinema 60 DAB is a 7.2-channel AV receiver delivering up to 100 W per channel in stereo with very low distortion. Successor to the SR5015, it brings a new design inspired by the Model 40n and Model 30 hi-fi models, with the signature Marantz porthole and symmetrical front panel.
Tuned by the Sound Masters
The Cinema 60 DAB has been tuned by the Marantz Sound Masters for the warm, rich and spacious sound you expect from the brand. It is just as comfortable with a film soundtrack as with stereo listening, so one unit covers both home cinema and music in your home.
Flexible speaker setup
With seven channels of amplification you can build a full 7.2 system or a 5.2.2 layout with two height speakers for Dolby Atmos. Two subwoofer outputs allow a dual-subwoofer setup for more even bass, and the Zone 2 output brings music to a second room.
Full connectivity
Five analogue RCA inputs, one of them phono for a turntable, plus two optical and two coaxial digital inputs cover a CD/SACD player and any other source.
Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and Audyssey
The latest-generation audio processor supports every variant of Dolby and DTS, including Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, in 7.2 channels or 5.2.2 for films with height effects. Numerous DSP modes spread even stereo material across 2.1, 5.1 or 7.1 systems, while Dolby Atmos Music mode adds a new dimension to your favourite tracks.
Audyssey MultEQ calibration
Using the supplied microphone, the receiver runs a series of measurements by sending a specific signal to each speaker. Audyssey MultEQ then adapts each speaker's output to the room and corrects its acoustic problems, for more precise and balanced sound and more effective effects.
Quiet evenings
Audyssey Dynamic EQ and Dynamic Volume limit large level swings and keep the sound balanced at low volume. They are ideal for a late-night film, without losing dialogue or waking the house with every explosion.
Simple control
The Cinema 60 DAB is easy to control from its remote, from the app on your phone or tablet and even by voice, so you can change source or volume without hunting for buttons.
8K, gaming, HEOS and DAB+
Three of the six HDMI inputs and the output support 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, while upscaling lifts 1080p and 4K content to 8K. Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+ and Dynamic HDR are supported, and of the two HDMI outputs one offers eARC to bring the TV's sound back to the receiver.
Built for consoles
The three HDMI 2.1 inputs support VRR for automatic refresh-rate sync, QFT for lower latency and ALLM. Together they reduce or eliminate lag and image tearing.
Streaming and radio
Connected via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, it plays music from your local network via DLNA, with FLAC, ALAC and WAV up to 24-bit/192 kHz and DSD 2.8 and 5.6 MHz. HEOS gives you Spotify, TIDAL, Deezer and internet radio, with multi-room throughout the home: the same music in every zone or a different track in each room, with other HEOS-enabled Denon and Marantz devices, controlled from the free HEOS app for Android and iOS. AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth are also supported, and the DAB+ tuner brings digital radio.
