The Hisense PX4-PRO is Hisense's new 4K Ultra Short Throw laser projector for 2026. With a TriChroma RGB triple laser engine (LPU Digital Laser Engine 3.0), 3,500 ANSI lumens, 6,500:1 native contrast with a 7-level iris and 118% BT.2020 coverage, it creates an 80 to 200 inch picture from just a few centimetres away.
It is designed for anyone who wants a true cinema experience in the living room with minimal installation. It offers camera-based automatic screen alignment, a built-in 4.0.2 sound system tuned by Devialet with Dolby Atmos, the VIDAA U9 platform, Wi-Fi 7 and gaming at up to 240 Hz with 1 ms input lag and FreeSync Premium certification.
LPU Laser Engine 3.0 and 6,500:1 contrast
The PX4-PRO uses Hisense's new LPU Digital Laser Engine 3.0, with three separate red, green and blue lasers. Colours are produced directly by laser light and cover 118% of the BT.2020 colour space, with the accuracy demanding cinema content calls for.
Deeper blacks with a 7-level iris
The 7-level dynamic iris and the CineBlack Pro system raise native contrast to 6,500:1. Dark scenes keep their detail without turning grey, which is especially noticeable with HDR films.
3,500 ANSI lumens and full HDR
With 3,500 ANSI lumens, the picture stays bright even in rooms with some light, especially with an ALR screen. Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG are supported, while IMAX Enhanced certification and Filmmaker Mode present content as the director intended. The 0.47" DMD chip with XPR technology delivers a 4K UHD image, and the light source is rated for 25,000 hours. The picture processor upscales to 4K and MEMC smooths fast motion in sport and action films.
Up to 200" with automatic alignment
Like every Ultra Short Throw Laser TV, the PX4-PRO sits on a cabinet directly below the screen, with no ceiling mount and no cables across the room. Its 0.20:1 throw ratio creates an 80 to 200 inch picture, with the largest size requiring a distance of about one metre.
Camera-based Auto Screen Alignment
Two built-in cameras detect the screen frame and automatically align the picture on 100 to 120 inch screens. Motorised focus and 9-point geometry correction complete the setup quickly, without special tools.
Compact body
Measuring 54 x 14.2 x 28.8 cm and weighing 8.3 kg, the projector fits on most TV cabinets. For the best contrast in a bright living room, an ALR screen designed for Ultra Short Throw is recommended. Hisense offers its own ALR screens from 100 to 150 inches, sold separately. Because the projector sits close to the wall, nobody walks through the light path, and the power supply is built into the body with no external adapter.
Devialet sound, 240 Hz gaming and VIDAA
The PX4-PRO features sound tuned by Devialet. The built-in 4.0.2 system includes six speakers with a total of 66 W, two of them firing upwards for height channels, with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X decoding.
Gaming with FreeSync Premium
It is the first TriChroma Laser Cinema with AMD FreeSync Premium certification. It supports 1080p at up to 240 Hz with 1 ms input lag, 4K at 60 Hz, VRR, ALLM and Dolby Vision Gaming on its HDMI 2.1 ports, making it a good match for current consoles and gaming PCs.
VIDAA U9 and connectivity
The VIDAA U9 platform offers Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+ and other apps, voice control, AirPlay 2 and Miracast. Connections include two HDMI 2.1, two HDMI 2.0 (one with eARC), Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, Gigabit Ethernet and an optical audio output. Control4 integration and Google Home compatibility make it easy to add to a modern smart home.
