Hisense PX3-PRO

The Hisense PX3-PRO is a 4K Ultra Short Throw laser projector that sits on a cabinet just a few centimetres from the wall or screen and produces an 80 to 150 inch picture. Its TriChroma RGB triple laser engine delivers 3,000 ANSI lumens and 110% BT.2020 colour coverage, with support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10, HLG and IMAX Enhanced.

It is aimed at anyone who wants a very large picture in the living room without ceiling mounting or long cable runs. It includes a 50 W Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, the VIDAA smart platform with the main streaming apps, two HDMI 2.1 inputs and "Designed for Xbox" certification for gaming at up to 240 Hz in Full HD.

RGB triple laser and 4K HDR picture

At the heart of the PX3-PRO is Hisense's TriChroma engine: three separate lasers, red, green and blue, generate the primary colours directly instead of filtering them from white light. The result is 110% coverage of the BT.2020 colour space, natural skin tones and saturated colours in films and sport.

3,000 ANSI lumens for the living room

With 3,000 ANSI lumens of brightness and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, the picture stays vivid even when the room is not fully dark. Paired with an ALR screen, the projector also works comfortably during the day.

Full HDR support

It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG, while IMAX Enhanced certification and Filmmaker Mode present content as the director intended. The picture processor upscales to 4K and MEMC smooths fast motion. The laser light source is rated for 25,000 hours, with no lamp replacements and no warm-up time. The result is a natural-looking picture that suits both films and everyday TV, with 10-bit colour for smooth gradients without visible banding.

Ultra Short Throw setup, up to 150"

The PX3-PRO needs no ceiling mount and no cables running across the room. It sits on a TV cabinet directly below the screen or wall, and its 0.22:1 throw ratio creates a large picture from a very short distance.

From 80 to 150 inches

Projection distance ranges from about 11.9 to 46 cm depending on the image size you want. You can match the picture to your room, from a medium-sized living room to a dedicated home cinema. For the best result in a bright room, an ALR or CLR screen designed for Ultra Short Throw projectors is recommended.

Easy alignment

9-point digital geometry correction helps fit the image precisely to the screen frame. The projector body measures 55 x 12 x 29.6 cm and fits on most TV cabinets, and ceiling mounting is also supported. Operating noise is limited to 32 dB, so the fan does not distract from what you are watching. Because the projector sits close to the wall, nobody walks through the light path and the laser light is not directed towards viewers' eyes.

Harman Kardon sound, VIDAA and gaming

The PX3-PRO works as a complete big-screen TV. It has a built-in Harman Kardon sound system with four speakers, 2 x 15 W and 2 x 10 W, with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X decoding, so a separate soundbar is not needed for everyday use.

VIDAA smart platform

The VIDAA U7 operating system gives direct access to Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+ and other streaming services. It supports voice control with VIDAA Voice and Alexa, AirPlay 2 and screen sharing from a phone or tablet, as well as integration with Control4 systems.

Ready for gaming

With "Designed for Xbox" certification, two HDMI 2.1 ports and refresh rates up to 240 Hz in Full HD, the projector delivers smooth motion with consoles and PCs. In Game Mode, input lag is up to 30 ms. The third HDMI port supports eARC for connecting an external amplifier or soundbar, and there is also Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, Ethernet and an optical audio output. The ERF6E66H voice remote makes it easy to control every function from the sofa.
