Hisense C2 Ultra

The Hisense C2 Ultra is the flagship of the C2 series: a compact 4K Ultra HD projector with DLP technology and an RGB triple laser light source, delivering 3,000 ANSI lumens and 110% coverage of the BT.2020 colour space. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG, carries IMAX Enhanced certification and is Designed for Xbox, with low-latency features for gaming.

The integrated gimbal stand (360° rotation, 135° tilt) and 0.9 to 1.5:1 optical zoom allow images from 65" to 300" almost anywhere in the home, with auto focus, automatic geometry correction and obstacle avoidance. Compared with the C2 Pro it adds more brightness and a 20 W subwoofer to the JBL speaker system, for 40 W in total. The VIDAA smart platform, two HDMI 2.1 inputs with eARC and ALLM, and Wi-Fi complete the package.

3,000 ANSI lumens from triple laser

The C2 Ultra is the brightest projector in the C2 series. Its triple laser light source, with separate red, green and blue lasers, delivers 3,000 ANSI lumens and 110% coverage of the BT.2020 colour space, with no colour wheel and no lamp to replace. Light source life reaches 25,000 hours.

A picture that copes with room light

The extra brightness makes a difference in living rooms that cannot be fully darkened and at large image sizes. Colours stay rich and detail stays crisp even beyond 120 inches. 10-bit processing with 1.07 billion colours and a 2,000:1 contrast ratio deliver smooth transitions and depth.

Dolby Vision and IMAX Enhanced

All the main HDR formats are supported: Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG. With IMAX Enhanced certification and Filmmaker Mode, films and series are shown as the director approved them, without excessive motion or colour processing.

Gimbal, optical zoom and auto set-up

The cylindrical design with an integrated gimbal stand lets the C2 Ultra rotate 360° and tilt up to 135°. You can project onto a wall, a screen or the ceiling, moving the unit from room to room with no brackets or tools.

From 65 to 300 inches

Optical zoom with a 0.9 to 1.5:1 throw ratio changes image size without moving the projector and without losing resolution. From 1.3 m to 10 m away you get a picture from 65" to 300", so the same projector suits a small bedroom or a large media room.

Automatic adjustments

Sensors detect the projection surface and trigger auto focus and automatic geometry correction. Obstacle avoidance fits the image around objects on the wall, wall colour adaptation corrects tints, and eye protection dims the laser when someone approaches the lens.

40 W JBL sound, VIDAA and Xbox

The C2 Ultra has the most complete sound system in the series: JBL speakers (2 x 10 W) plus a built-in 20 W subwoofer, 40 W in total, with DTS Virtual:X for a wider soundstage. For a bigger set-up, the HDMI eARC port connects a soundbar or home cinema amplifier.

Designed for Xbox

The C2 Ultra carries Designed for Xbox certification. Its two HDMI 2.1 inputs with ALLM switch Game Mode on automatically when the console starts, cutting latency for more immediate response in action and racing games.

VIDAA and connectivity

The VIDAA U7 platform includes Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video and Disney+, with voice control through VIDAA Voice and Alexa. AirPlay 2 and DLNA for content from a phone or computer, two USB 3.0 ports, Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, an optical S/PDIF output and a headphone output cover every use case.
