The most effective isolation
The Rega Wall Bracket mounts the turntable on the wall, away from floor and loudspeaker vibration. The new generation, in a white finish, is made from 3 mm laser-cut, folded aluminium, 1.2 kg lighter and stiffer than the previous model.
Compatibility

Away from vibration
A turntable is in effect a sensitive vibration microphone. Footfall, wooden floors and loudspeakers send energy to the stylus, which reproduces it as smear or boom.
The wall as a stable base
A load-bearing wall receives far less vibration than a floor or a piece of furniture. Mounting the turntable there cuts the main path of vibration to the stylus.
An audible result
Isolation brings tighter, cleaner bass, a quieter background and better focus. In rooms with wooden floors the improvement is often striking.
Less feedback
When a turntable sits near the speakers, their output can return to the stylus and cause low-frequency feedback. Wall mounting greatly reduces this effect.
Light, rigid construction
Rega’s philosophy of low mass and high rigidity applies to the wall bracket just as it does to its turntables.
3 mm aluminium
The bracket is laser cut from 3 mm aluminium sheet and folded to shape. It is 1.2 kg lighter than the previous generation and stiffer, so it does not store energy.
Matched to new Planar models
It is designed for Rega’s latest lightweight turntables. At just 1.0 kg and 37.5 x 17.5 x 40 cm, it suits the Planar 1, 2, 3 and 6 both visually and mechanically.
A discreet presence
The bracket’s clean, minimal design suits any room. The turntable appears to float on the wall, while freeing space on furniture and shelves.
Easy installation
The bracket adapts to real homes, where walls are rarely perfectly flat.
Adjustable levelling
The adjustable design allows accurate levelling even on an uneven wall, which is critical for correct tonearm behaviour and accurate speed.
Options for older models
Screw-fit adaptors are available for RP8 and RP10. For the current Planar 8 and Planar 10 Rega offers a dedicated bracket.
Correct mounting
For best results the bracket should be fixed to a load-bearing wall, with fixings suited to its material.
Compatible turntables
The bracket fits the Planar 1, Planar 2, Planar 3 and Planar 6, as well as many older Rega turntables.
