Eltax Monitor III Neo Dark Walnut (Pair)

The legend returnsThe Eltax Monitor III Neo marks the return of a true hi-fi icon. A direct descendant of the famous Monitor III, praised many times for its outstanding value and musicality, this new generation keeps everything that made it a success while gaining a more modern design. With 60 W RMS of power, a 13 cm bass/midrange driver in a bass-reflex cabinet with a port beneath the speaker and a soft dome tweeter, it covers 55 Hz to 22 kHz. Compact, elegant and easy to place in any room, it is ideal for a stereo or home cinema system without compromising on space.A classic, revisitedLaunched in the early 2000s, the Monitor III was a reference for music and film lovers for more than twenty years. The Neo version keeps the philosophy of the original with refreshed looks and an optimised crossover for an even more refined sound. The 13 cm driver uses a treated cellulose pulp cone, light and very rigid, for fast response and a rich midrange, with a polypropylene phase plug at its centre. The 25 mm soft dome tweeter delivers detailed high frequencies up to 22 kHz.

Rega Kyte Black (Pair)

Rega sound in a compact sizeThe Rega Kyte is a compact two-way bookshelf speaker designed to suit almost any hi-fi system. It is built by hand at Rega's factory in the UK and stands out for its cabinet: instead of wood or MDF, Rega uses phenolic resin, the same material it uses for its turntable platters. It comes in black and is sold as a pair.A company that invests in researchRega has been making loudspeakers since the late 1980s. Instead of heavy advertising, it invests in research and development, designing its own ZRR tweeter, MX-125 woofer and crossovers. Investment in phenolic resin moulding tools allowed, according to Rega, a very rigid cabinet at a lower cost than other British speakers of similar quality.Ideal pairingsRega recommends the Kyte with the io amplifier and with the Planar 1, Planar 1 Plus, Planar 2 and Planar 3 turntables. It is also part of the ready-made Rega System One. The Norwegian magazine Stereo+ named it Product of the Year 2021/2022.
