Clean design, solid cabinet

The SC-N10 was created to complement Denon’s CEOL systems, delivering rich, natural sound in a discreet form. MDF cabinet

The cabinet is built from solid MDF, a dense and uniform material. It limits panel vibrations, so the sound comes from the drivers rather than from the box, keeping the presentation clean and focused.

Reinforced front baffle

The baffle on which the drivers are mounted is 15 mm thick, and internal bracing increases the stiffness of the structure. The result is cleaner bass and a more stable stereo image.

120 mm paper cone woofer

Bass and midrange are handled by a 120 mm driver with a paper cone. Paper has a long tradition in loudspeakers and is known for the natural, warm rendering of voices and acoustic instruments.

30 mm soft dome tweeter

For the high frequencies, Denon uses a 30 mm soft dome tweeter. It reproduces cymbals, string harmonics and the ambience of the recording in detail, without harshness.

Rear-ported bass reflex

A bass reflex port on the rear panel extends low-frequency performance. The frequency response runs from 50 Hz to 20 kHz, for full sound in small and medium-sized rooms.

85 dB sensitivity

With a sensitivity of 85 dB (1 W / 1 m) and a 6 ohm impedance, the SC-N10 performs comfortably with micro system amplifiers and stereo amplifiers alike.

Balanced performance

The paper cone woofer and the soft dome tweeter work together through a passive crossover to produce a sound that is coherent from the bass to the treble. Voices sit at the centre of the stage, clear and intelligible, which you will appreciate with music and TV alike, especially with dialogue in films and series.

A partner for CEOL and more

Correct placement

Because the bass reflex port is on the rear, leave a few centimetres of space from the wall. Place the speakers at ear height and at equal distances from your listening position for a precise, well-defined stereo image.
