15″ in-wall active studio subwoofer with R1-300 amplifier
The ATC SCS120iW Pro is the in-wall (soffit) version of the SCS120 Pro, with a 15″ driver and an external R1-300 7U/19″ amplifier. It is the ideal partner for in-wall ATC mid-field and main monitors in stereo, multichannel and immersive systems.
For in-wall installation
The SCS120iW Pro is flush-mounted in the front wall of the control room, alongside in-wall ATC monitors. Soffit mounting removes reflections from the wall behind the speaker and gives cleaner, more linear bass.
External R1-300 amplifier
The 300 W MOSFET class A/B amplifier sits in a separate R1-300 7U chassis, mounted in a rack or on the wall, away from the cabinet. This keeps the cabinet shallow and lets the fanless amplifier cool properly.
Hand-built in England
ATC hand-builds its drivers and amplifiers in Stroud, England, from voice-coil winding to the final test of every unit. That is why its subwoofers are covered by a 6-year warranty.
