Like its name suggests this RODE microphone was specifically designed ‘ON-AIR’ applications where wide frequency response and low distortion are demanded. Winner of the Radio World/US National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) ‘What’s Cool’ award in 1998, the Broadcaster has become an industry standard when studio sound quality is required for on air applications. Utilizing an Australian designed and manufactured RΨDE 1” externally biased condenser transducers, the Broadcaster features a switch-able high pass filter to remove low frequency rumble. A unique ‘ON-AIR’ LED indicator can be switched “on” or “off” by shorting contacts on the 5 pin audio connector. This feature allows console operators to warn the ‘Talent’ that the mic is live. • Acoustic principle: Externally polarised 25mm (1”) condenser • Directional pattern: Cardioid • Frequency range: 20 Hz ~ 20 kHz • Output impedance: 40Ω • Signal noise ratio din iec 651: >80 dB (1kHz rel 1 Pa; per IEC651, IEC268-15) • Equvalent noise: 114 dB (per IEC651, IEC268-15) • Power supply voltage: P48, P24 phantom • Weight without battery: 577g • Weight with battery: 1.3kg • Dimensions width: 167mm • Dimensions depth: 50mm • Dimensions height: 50mm
The FC 1 MKII was designed with classic large diaphragm condenser microphones in mind. We wanted to make an affordable mic with some of the characteristics of the good old German models. The FC 1 has a center-terminated capsule just like in the old days, adding some harmonic distortion and a sweet top to the sound. This design also gives the mic an ability to handle louder sounds without harshness or other problems. The output transformer can handle bass really well and still give you that extra fat sound that only tubes and transformers can deliver. The retro EQ in the FC 1 is set to deliver maximum sound quality with as many sound sources as possible at a price anyone can afford. It sounds great on vocals, acoustic guitar, percussion, amps, piano, leslie, drums, and more.

Listen Professional circum-aural closed back headphones are the essential work tool for music production. Their tonal balance and precision in terms of audio spectrum make them perfect to evaluate the sound work quality. In addition, their comfort and accessories will make them very attractive for people travelling on business trips. The sound quality and the dynamics of these headphones are very surprising considering that this quality is usually found on more expensive items. The attention to detail of these headphones can be also shown thanks to the various patents and technologies which belong to Focal. Hence, a brand new driver membrane was developed. The main goal was to propose a solution which would keep all the dynamics from the original track while reproducing accurately every single detail on the whole audio spectrum. Even if Listen Professional headphones are closed, they produce a very lively sound, giving the feeling of semi-open headphones while still providing the isolation of closed headphones.Features:Exclusive cone technology offering acoustic transparency and excellent dynamicsPrecision and neutralityTotal control over the audio spectrumExcellent isolationCompact, rigid carryin
