With 2,700 lumens, an ACF lens with x2.1 motorised zoom and picture position memories, it delivers rich HDR on large screens.
BRAVIA’s XR Processor, now in a projector
The XR Processor for projector analyses the picture frame by frame. XR Dynamic Tone Mapping reproduces bright highlights faithfully while keeping detail in dark areas, and XR Deep Black precisely controls laser output in dark scenes for deeper blacks.
XR Triluminos Pro covers over 95% of the DCI-P3 colour space, and XR Clear Image upscales lower-resolution content close to 4K while reducing noise.
ACF lens and a 2,700-lumen laser
Three 0.61" SXRD panels with native 3840 x 2160 resolution deliver true 4K, with no pixel shifting. The Advanced Crisp Focused (ACF) lens, with a 70 mm aspherical front element, floating focus and extra-low dispersion glass, keeps the picture sharp from corner to corner.
The laser light source delivers 2,700 lumens and ∞:1 dynamic contrast for bright HDR (HDR10 / HLG). The laser is mercury-free.
Gaming, installation and automation
Two HDMI inputs (HDCP 2.3) with HDMI 2.1 features support 4K/120 Hz and ALLM, with input lag of just 12 ms. The motorised x2.1 zoom lens, lens shift of up to ±85% vertical and ±36% horizontal and 5 picture position memories make installation easy, even for cinemascope screens.
It is certified for Control4, Crestron, Savant and AMX, with RS-232C, LAN, IR in and a 12 V trigger. It is lighter and more compact than most native 4K projectors, making ceiling mounting easier.
