Technology & Craft
The streaming section of the ND5 XS 2 uses the latest Naim network card featuring low-noise, high-speed low-voltage differential signalling (LVDS) to route the digital audio signal. The higher speed is capable of decoding all HD audio formats at up to 32 bits/384 kHz or DSD128. Rather than the source acting as the digital timing master, our new streaming board turns things around and allows our DAC clock to control the flow of audio data. The data is integer-over-sampled in a SHARC DSP to an incredible 40-bit accuracy before it’s fed to the PCM1791A Burr-Brown digital-toanalogue converter.
Developing a new streaming platform was one of the biggest projects we have ever taken on. Naim engineers across all disciplines – electronic, industrial, acoustic and mechanical – worked for three years to create a system that could make the most of online services such as TIDAL and Spotify while adding future-proof flexibility through Chromecast built-in. Supporting faster data rates with dual-band Wi-Fi and the latest 802.11ac protocol, this robust platform was designed for the highest performance on every level.

Flagship streaming transport with OCXO clock, external clock input and 8.6" screen
The Eversolo T10 is Eversolo's top streaming transport and the successor to the T8. It has no DAC of its own: it takes music from streaming services, the network or your own drives and sends it to your external DAC as cleanly as possible.
A linear supply with toroidal transformer, an OCXO clock with external clock input, galvanically isolated outputs and an SFP fibre port make it the ideal digital source for a high-end system.
A clean digital signal
The T10 has no DAC: it is dedicated to sending the digital signal as cleanly as possible to the DAC you already love. Every digital output has galvanic isolation and its own decoupling, so noise from the network or computer never reaches the converter.
Reference power supply
An oversized linear supply with an encapsulated, shielded toroidal transformer, its primary and secondary windings insulated with Teflon. Circuits are compartmentalised, with multi-stage isolation on critical digital paths.
Timing
An oven-controlled OCXO clock with a high-precision PLL reduces jitter. The T10 is Eversolo's first model with an external clock input, for a 10 or 25 MHz master clock.
Hi-Res on every output
USB and HDMI I²S carry PCM up to 768 kHz / 32-bit and DSD512, while optical, coaxial and AES/EBU reach 192 kHz / 24-bit and DSD64.

Five digital output types cover practically every DAC on the market: USB audio, I²S over HDMI with 8 selectable pin layouts, professional AES/EBU on XLR, coaxial and optical S/PDIF.
Noise-free networking

Dual internal SSD bay, up to 16 TB in total, plus two USB 3.0 ports for external drives. With a USB CD drive the T10 also plays and rips CDs, with metadata and cover art.
Room calibration
Parametric EQ with multiple saved profiles and Evotune automatic calibration, using the Eversolo EM-01 microphone or your phone's microphone through the app.
Streaming with an 8.6" screen
The chassis is CNC-machined from a block of aluminium for rigidity and shielding. The 8.6" colour touchscreen shows album art, resolution, settings and VU meters or an animated spectrum.

The EOS operating system plays TIDAL, Qobuz, HighResAudio, Amazon Music, Spotify, Deezer, Napster, Apple Music and internet radio.
