The Elipson Prestige Facet 24F is a pair of tall 3.5-way floorstanders from the original Prestige Facet range, each with twin 20 cm woofers, a 17 cm mid/bass driver and a 25 mm tweeter. Winner of the VGP 2020 Summer Pure Audio Award, it suits listeners who want big, neutral, fatigue-free sound for music and home cinema in living rooms of around 30 m² and up.
Midrange with phase plug and faceted ring
The 17 cm mid/bass driver has a central metal phase plug that better controls cone movement and reduces distortion, for voices and instruments with natural timbre. The 25 mm soft-dome tweeter delivers detailed treble without harshness.
The Prestige Facet signature
Each driver is surrounded by the range’s exclusive faceted ring. It reduces baffle effect and diffraction, so the response is smoother and the sound gentler, fatigue-free even over long listening sessions.
Solid build, easy connection
The front baffle combines two materials of different density and the cabinet has internal bracing that reduces resonances. The crossover uses high-quality components for a clean split between the ways.
Bi-wiring and bi-amping
Dual silver-plated screw terminals accept banana plugs, spades and large-gauge cable, and allow bi-wiring or bi-amping.
High sensitivity
With 93 dB sensitivity and 6 Ω impedance, the 24F works with amplifiers and AV receivers of every class. Finish: lacquered front with walnut sides.
Bass from twin 20 cm woofers
At the heart of the 24F are two 20 cm woofers with large voice coils that handle high power and stay cool at high volume. They share a long, low-tuned bass-reflex port so bass reaches down to 28 Hz with energy and control.
3.5-way layout
In the 3.5-way layout one woofer handles only the deepest frequencies while the other works with the mid/bass driver. Bass has depth without clouding the midrange.
Made for large rooms
Standing 1.1 m tall and rated at 250 W RMS, the 24F easily fills a living room. It needs a capable amplifier to deliver its full dynamics.
