Half-space pattern
The half-cardioid pattern (cardioid in the hemisphere above the mounting surface) picks up the speaker and reduces room noise.
No external power module
Self-contained electronics mean no external power module is needed: 9–52 V phantom power is enough. A detachable 7.6 m cable (TA3F to XLR) is included.
