Sennheiser MKE-600

The MKE 600 is a camcorder microphone that can master even the toughest video sound challenges. Its high level of directivity ensures that it picks up sound from the camera direction while reliably attenuating unwanted sound coming from the sides and rear.  Wind noise is reduced by the included foam windshield, while a switchable low-cut filter additionally minimises wind and handling noise. An optional blimp (foam windshield/hairy cover combination) reduces wind noise even more effectively, making the MKE 600 the perfect choice for outdoor recordings. The MKE 600 can be phantom powered or operated on an AA battery for about 150 hours. FeaturesExceptional directivityMaximal rejection of side noiseSwitchable low-cut filterPhantom or battery poweringBattery switch with “Low Batt” indicatorAll-metal housingVery good suppression of structure-borne noiseSupplied with foam windshield and shock mountEffective wind noise suppression with blimp(foam windshield/hairy cover) ** available as an optional accessory

Sennheiser MKE-400 Mobile Kit

On-camera shotgun microphone that combines portability and performance and sheds a whole new light on the way we capture audio for our video. Features that were traditionally accessories—like a windscreen and shock-mount—are now fully integrated and perform better than ever, freeing up space in your camera bag and on top of your camera itself. And it doesn’t stop there – a low-cut filter and 3-step gain sensitivity switch help to fine-tune your sound while shooting, and a headphone monitoring output with volume control helps to dial in that sound. Lastly, the MKE 400’s super-cardioid polar pattern and acoustic interference tube help to reject unwanted background noise and ensure the cleanest possible recordings, improving presence and clarity for dialogue applications.

Tascam TM-200SG

The Videographer’s Choice for Recording Audio in the Field The TM-200SG is a shotgun condenser microphone with a highly directional polar pattern ideal for video shooting or reporting. It can be mounted on any camera with a hotshoe and will help to improve the sound of any video recording created with a DSLR or other camera. The supercardioid pattern captures sound in the direction the mic is pointing while rejecting ambient noise and reverberation. It picks up your subject’s voice in front of your camera while reducing noise from traffic, surf, echo, and other distractions. Lightweight and Small Form Factor for Maximum Audio Quality With Minimal Visual Intrusion The TM-200SG was designed to be heard, not seen. The perfect balance of clear audio replication and small housing mean this microphone will be the least of your worries while shooting in the field. Built-in Low-cut Filter for Easy Reduction of Environmental Noise Wind and environmental hum can reduce the quality of the audio and create headaches in post-production. By utilizing the natural-sounding low-cut filter, you’re saving time downstream without cutting into vital frequencies you have captured. The TM-200SG is powered by phantom voltage. Shoe-mount clip, windscreen, and softcase are included as standard.
