The Elipson Prestige Facet II 11C center channel speaker is ideally designed to work with the bookshelf and floorstanding speakers in the Elipson Prestige Facet II range. It ensures perfect reproduction of dialogue and effects taking place in the center of the screen thanks to its dual 14 cm midrange/bass driver with central cone coupled with a 25 mm tweeter. Dual mid/bass speaker

With the Elipson Prestige Facet II 11C center channel speaker, the French manufacturer promises to combine rich timbres, smooth treble, and bass control. To achieve this, the Elipson Prestige Facet II 11C speaker uses a two-way architecture with two 14 cm diameter midrange/bass drivers. The rigid cone features a central metal cone. This improves cone movement control to limit turbulence, which can cause distortion. It also absorbs unwanted vibrations and dissipates them, reducing noise and improving vocal accuracy. The Elipson Prestige Facet II 11C speaker thus offers very rich midrange, ensuring natural and precise dialogue.

Faceted crown

These speakers are combined with a 25 mm diameter soft dome tweeter. This model ensures excellent transient response and perfect control of high frequencies down to 25 Hz. Exclusive to the Elipson Prestige Facet II speaker range, a custom-cut synthetic rubber crown surrounds each speaker to limit the baffle effect and diffraction. The response curve is thus less disturbed, more linear, to effectively reproduce all the nuances of voices. 

Audiophile filter

To ensure lossless distribution of information, the Elipson Prestige Facet II 11C speaker benefits from a completely redesigned audiophile-grade passive crossover. This notably uses low-resistance inductors for a more energetic and impactful bass, while being better controlled. Polypropylene capacitors allow for greater richness in the high frequencies and metal film resistors ensure perfect separation. This redesign of the crossover allows for better channel decoupling, a smoother frequency response and a more coherent and natural soundstage. The wiring between this crossover and the loudspeakers is carried out using very high-purity 2.25 mm² oxygen-free copper conductors to ensure that even the slightest information is preserved throughout the entire path. 

Like all speakers in the range, the Elipson Prestige Facet II 11C center speaker features a high-end dual terminal block compatible with bi-wiring and bi-amping. The contacts are silver-plated to maximize signal transmission and support banana plugs, spades, and heavy-gauge cables. 

The Elipson Prestige Facet II 11C center speaker is characterized by its neutrality and accuracy. Devoid of any coloration, it delivers its score without adding or subtracting anything from the original recording.
