 Η νεότερη προσθήκη στην επιτυχημένη σειρά Valve της Line6 με περισσότερες δυνατότητες και σημαντικές βελτιώσεις σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο μοντέλο.Η συνεργασία της Line 6 και του Reinhold Bogner δημιούργησε έναν από τους καλύτερους ενισχυτές της αγοράς και εγκαινίασε μια νέα εποχή για τους κιθαρίστες συνδυάζοντας στοιχεία από το παρελθόν με την τεχνολογία του παρόντος.Ο Spider MKII ενσωματώνει δεκαέξι (16) προσομοιώσεις ενισχυτών και είκοσι (20) εφφέ υψηλής ποιότητας.Η ποικιλία των ενισχυτών και η απαράμιλλη ποιότητα των εφφέ επιτρέπουν στον κιθαρίστα να “φτιάξει” τον ήχο που του ταιριάζει ή να “μιμηθεί” τον χαρακτηριστικό ήχο μιας ολόκληρης εποχής π.χ τον κλασικό ήχο της δεκαετίας του 70.  Ο Reinhold Bogner με την ασυμβίβαστη με τα σύγχρονα δεδομένα λογική του και την έμπνευση να επαναφέρει τους ενισχυτές με λυχνία στο προσκήνιο έδωσε το έναυσμα σε μια ολόκληρη γενιά κιθαριστών έτσι ώστε όχι μόνο να επανεξετάσουν την στάση τους απέναντι στον “λαμπάτο” ήχο αλλά και να τους χρησιμοποιήσουν εις βάρος των μοντέρνων ενισχυτών με ψηφιακά εφφέ και τρανζίστορ.Η επιμονή του καθώς και το μεράκι του αποτέλεσε τον κύριο λόγο που κιθαρίστες όπως οι Steve Vai, Alan Holdsworth, Chris DeGarmo, Richie Sambora άρχισαν να χρησιμοποιούν τους χειροποίητους ενισχυτές του.Απο κεί και πέρα όταν ξεκίνησε η συνεργασία του Reinhold Bogner με την Line 6 ο κιθαριστικός κόσμος γνώρισε κάτι εντελώς πρωτοποριακό και απροσδόκητο.Οι χειροποίητοι ενιχυτές με τον κορυφαίο ήχο και την μοναδική αίσθηση συνδυάστηκαν με την κορυφαία σύγχρονη τεχνολογία modeling.  Ο Spider Valve MKII ενσωματώνει είκοσι (20) εφφέ στουντιακής ποιότητας που μπορούν να σταθούν επάξια όχι μόνο σε ένα live αλλά και σε μια επαγγελματική ηχογράφηση αξιώσεων.Επιπλέον τα ρυθμιστικά που ενσωματώνει ο ενισχυτής της Line6/Bogner επιτρέπουν την προσαρμογή του ήχου και των εφφέ στα δικά μας μέτρα.Η πραγματική ισχύς του Spider Valve MKII 112 ανέρχεται στα 40W και θα πρέπει να ληφθεί υπόψιν ότι ο ήχος που προέρχεται από τις λυχνίες είναι πολλαπλάσιας ισχύος από τον αντίστοιχο που προέρχεται από τα τρανζίστορ.Ο ενισχυτής ενσωματώνει δύο (2) Class AB λυχνίες 12ΑΧ7 για την προενίσχυση καθώς και δύο (2) λυχνίες τύπου 6L6.Το ηχείο που αναλαμβάνει να “μεταφέρει” στα αυτιά μας τον ήχο με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο είναι το Celection Vintage 30 ηχείο και έχει διαστάσεις 1 x 12.  Ο Spider Valve MKII ενσωματώνει Noise Gate και Boost (+8dB Pre,+8dB Post , +8dB Pre-Post) καθώς και Volume routing.Επιπλέον προσφέρεται η δυνατότητα προηγμένης “δρομολόγησης” των εφφέ καθώς και της πλήρης διαμόρφωσής τους.Οι λειτουργίες του ενισχυτή παρουσιάζονται με ξεκάθαρο τρόπο μέσα στην LCD οθόνη με την οποία είναι εφοδιασμένος ο ενισχυτής.Ένα ξεχωριστό χαρακτηριστικό του Spider Valve MKII είναι οι είσοδοι/έξοδοι Midi καθώς και οι δύο XLR έξοδοι που έχουν δύο διαφορετικούς τρόπους λειτουργίας δηλαδή Performance και Studio.Ο ενισχυτής της Line6/Bogner περιλαμβάνει στον πλούσιο εξοπλισμό του χορδιστήρι το οποίο μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ακόμα και σε live “λύνοντας” τα χέρια του κιθαρίστα.  Το σημαντικό στοιχείο που ξεχωρίζει τον Spider Valve MKII είναι η δυνατότητα που προσφέρει στον κιθαρίστα να προσαρμόζει και να διαμορφώνει τα ενσωματωμένα εφφέ όπως εκείνος θέλει ενώ μπορεί να τα “δρομολογήσει” αναλόγως.Αποτελεί σπουδαίο επίτευγμα για τους τεχνικούς της Line6/Bogner το ότι είναι εφικτή η διαμόρφωση και αλλαγή μέχρι και επτά (7) χαρακτηριστικών καθενός εφφέ ξεχωριστά.Επιπλέον προσφέρεται η λειτουργία Quick Loop με διάρκεια 14 δευτερολέπτων και πολλαπλές δυνατότητες χρήσης.Μπορείτε να “δημιουργήσετε” το μουσικό υπόβαθρο για μια ερμηνεία σας δηλαδή να ηχογραφήσετε μια ακολουθία από συγχορδίες για τη στιγμή που θα παίξετε ένα σόλο ή οτιδήποτε εσείς κρίνετε απαραίτητο.  Τέλος αξίζει να αναφερθεί ότι ο Spider Valve MKII ενσωματώνει μια σειρά από Pitch Effects που προσφέρουν την ευκαιρία στον μουσικό-κιθαρίστα να πειραματιστεί.Έτσι με τις λειτουργίες Smart Harmony και Pitch Glide μπορεί κάποιος να “μεταμορφώσει” την ερμηνεία του αλλά και τον συνολικό χαρακτήρα ενός μουσικού κομματιού.
