This Double Star-Quad Geometry “Rocket” cable does not look normal on the outside, and it is not at all normal on the inside. A sophisticated combination of extraordinary materials and extremely refined design allows the Rockets to honor all types of music equally.SOLID LONG-GRAIN COPPER/PERFECT-SURFACE COPPER (LGC/PSC) CONDUCTORS: Rocket 33 uses a carefully finessed combination of Long-Grain Copper and extremely high-purity Perfect-Surface Copper. LGC has fewer oxides within the conducting material, less impurities, less grain boundaries, and definitively better performance. The astonishingly smooth and pure PSC further eliminates harshness and greatly increases clarity.CARBON-BASED NOISE-DISSIPATION and CROSS-TALK-DISSIPATION SYSTEMS (INSULATION): The four negative conductors in Rocket 33 are insulated with partially conductive Carbon-Loaded Polyethylene. This remarkable material damps radio-frequency garbage from being fed back into the amplifier. The sonic benefit is exactly the same reduction in “hash” and better dimensionality that comes whenever RF garbage is reduced in an audio circuit. Rocket 33 uses Nitrogen-Injected Foamed-Polyethylene Insulation on its positive conductors because air absorbs next to no energy, and Polyethylene is low-loss with a benign distortion profile. Thanks to all the air in Foamed-Polyethylene Insulation, it causes much less of the “out-of-focus” effect common to other materials.DOUBLE STAR-QUAD GEOMETRY: The relationship between conductors defines a cable’s most basic electrical values (capacitance and inductance). However, even when those variables are kept in a reasonable balance, the relationship between conductors can be varied in ways that greatly affect the sound. The Double Star-Quad construction of Rocket 33 allows for significantly improved dynamic contrast and intelligibility compared to parallel conductors.
Following extensive research, at the end of 1996 we were most proud to introduce the world’s first metal free loudspeaker cable named The THIRD ®: a logical follow-up to our highly acclaimed Linear Structured Carbon ® technology The FIRST ®(unbalanced) and The SECOND ® (balanced) interlink cables. The THIRD ® Mk II is a single lead loudspeaker cable in which the full potential of not less than 3.5 million individually insulated Linear Structured Carbon ® (LSC) fibers is utilised to achieve a unique COMBINATION of highly sophisticated audiophile qualities NOT FOUND in any metal-based loudspeaker cable:The THIRD ® Mk II does NOT age; Its LSC conductors are TOTALLY IMMUNE to mechanical or chemical degradation, therefore its sonic properties DO NOT CHANGE: this regardless of how often this relatively FLEXIBLE cable is bent and irrespective of the presence of any corrosive chemical compounds in the air that normally would gradually attack any inadequately protected metal cable. As opposed to the immense number of metal crystal boundaries an audio signal needs to overcome in metal conductors, The THIRD ® Mk II does not exhibit the related cross-crystal and cross-strand-current-hopping distortion effects since all of its LSC fibers exhibit a SINGLE CRYSTAL structure from cable-end to cable-end and since all LSC fibers are individually insulated. The THIRD ® Mk II's matt light-beige jacket is made of our durable HULLIFLEX ® 4 (halogen free) material and has a diameter of 18.4 mm.*Price is for stereo pair, terminated TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:Cable Type:Single lead, multistrandConductor Material:Linear Structured Carbon ®Design Purpose/Application Area(s):Highest quality level full-range loudspeaker cable / Bi-wire line to tweeter-midrange section.Eff. Nordost's original Flatline loudspeaker cable introduced the audio world to an entirely new level of performance and a unique production technique. Our proprietary, extruded FEP cables, with their thin, flat profile don't just look different - their deceptive simplicity is a uniquely elegant answer to the conflicting requirements for low resistance, capacitance and inductance that limit the performance of more conventional cable configurations. Now, the Red Dawn LS takes the benefits even further. By reducing dielectric effects still further as well as optimizing the physical spacing of the 20 heavy-gauge 26 AWG, silver-plated OFC solid core conductors, we have produced a cable capable of phenomenal phase accuracy and detail, speed and dynamic range. From the quietest, most delicate note to the power of a thundering orchestral crescendo or driving rock track, the Red Dawn LS Speaker Cable spans the range with effortless grace and deft control, allowing music to seduce when it wants to, or be savage when it must. Sitting at the top of the Leif Series, Red Dawn LS bears comparison with competing cables irrespective of price. The Red Dawn Speaker Cable yields the best performance possible from a speaker cable without using Micro Mono-Filament/TSC cable design.Specifications:Termination: Single-wired spades or bananas Insulation: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) Construction: 20 conductors 12 AWG Conductors: Silver-plated 99.9999 OFC solid-core Capacitance: 10.0pF/ft Inductance: 0.155uH/ft

The result is a combination of natural, unfettered dynamics and clarity that make your music and movies more accessible, more involving and more lifelike. The original Blue Heaven was a hard act to follow, but the LS version easily exceeds the performance of its renowned predecessor, bringing even budget electronics and speakers to life.Specifications:Termination: Single-wired spades or bananasInsulation: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP)Construction: 14 conductors 14 AWGConductors: Silver-plated 99.9999 OFC solid-coreCapacitance: 9.6pF/ftInductance: 0.16uH/ft
Nordost's original Flatline loudspeaker cable introduced the audio world to both an entirely new level of performance and a unique production technique. Our proprietary, extruded FEP cables, with their thin, flat profile don't just look different - their deceptive simplicity is a uniquely elegant answer to the conflicting requirements for low resistance, capacitance and inductance that limit the performance of more conventional cable configurations. This results in significant musical gains, increasing musical flow, dynamics and expressive range. Compared to the White Lightning Anniversary, the Purple Flare's increased number and gauge of conductors allow it to deliver greater weight and dynamic range, for even greater musical involvement, drama and impact.Specifications:Termination: Single-wired spades or bananasInsulation: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP)Construction: 14 conductors 15 AWGConductors: Silver-plated 99.9999 OFC solid-coreCapacitance: 9.25pF/ftInductance: 0.17uH/ft
Super Lumina speaker cables are designed to minimise the effect of external and internal interference sources and preserve maximum signal fidelity. The fundamental cable design consists of several individually-insulated multi-strand silver-plated copper conductors of varying diameters enclosed in a tin-plated copper shield. This is all enclosed in a soft outer jacket which facilitates easy installation whilst minimising microphonic interference. Each signal, return, ground and shield conductor is individually manufactured for its specific function. Each Super Lumina cable is hand-assembled at Naim Audio in Salisbury to the customer’s specification of length and termination. The process is intricate and highly-skilled, following detailed instructions which cover every aspect of the build. Every cable also goes through a proprietary de-stressing process to relieve the materials of the inherent stresses which are a result of the manufacturing process. This means the cables reach optimum performance with minimal run in time.
